The Fromsons joined GGS in 2015 and are partners with the senior rabbinic team, office and lay leadership in nurturing, developing and inspiring the community. They offer pastoral support, education, and programming across all segments of the community, and have a specific responsibility for building a warm and welcoming environment for young families and young adults.

Sam grew in Hampstead Garden Suburb and studied in CLS and Yeshivat Netiv Aryeh before completing a Natural Sciences degree in Cambridge (Queens’ college) and studying for semicha in Yeshiva University (Gruss Israel Campus).

Rabbi Fromson has always been actively involved in various Jewish youth movements and education programs including a stint on the National Exec of BBYO and as a Madrich for Birthright, FJL, and the JLE. Sam teaches regular classes in GGS, officiates at life cycle events  and delivers drashot and shiurim. He combines his rabbinic responsibilities with a role as Chief Operating Officer at YuLife, an insurtech startup on a mission to help people to live their best lives. YuLife is based in London with offices in USA, SA and Japan and provides life and health insurance to corporates, combined with technology that rewards people for building everyday health habits. Sam is a governor at Rimon Jewish Primary school .

Rebbetzin Dr Hadassah is a Yoetzet Halacha, counselling psychologist and sex therapist. She grew up in Gibraltar and studied in Michlalah Jerusalem before completing her BA in UCL and PhD in City University, where her research area focused on sexual satisfaction in the Orthodox Jewish community. Hadassah is a sought after Kallah teacher, educator and lecturer and regularly teaches about spirituality, halacha, intimacy and psychology.

Hadassah has worked as a psychologist in the NHS and is currently works with Chana, supporting women and couples experiencing infertility and sexual dysfunction. She uses  an integrative therapeutic approach to suit the client’s needs including CBT, Existential and Person-Centred Therapy.  Hadassah combines her clinical practice with running psychoeducation and training workshops in school and corporates in areas related to psychology and wellbeing. She has a private therapy practice in Golders Green, working with a wide range of psychological and emotional issues.

Hadassah and Sam are parents to four children and have been married for 12 years.
